• You have 12 free EAP counseling sessions per issue, per year (up to a maximum of 24 sessions). 
• There is currently a high demand for counseling nationwide.  Keep in mind the following when requesting a counseling appointment:
  • Many counselors are still choosing to offer telehealth/Video counseling only.
  • The more flexible you are with appointment times, locations, and the type of therapist you are looking for the easier it will be to match you with a provider.
  • The more specific your request is for a provider, the longer it may take to find a counselor with availability.
