Wellspring Submit Billing

We have several options for submitting sessions for reimbursement:

  • Fax: 866.738.7073
  • Snail Mail:  Wellspring EAP Billing 1900 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144
  • Email (using your own secure email service): providers@WellspringEAP.org
  • Portal: Typing in session date and unit directly into our database

If you have questions about billing, you can also email the address above (please do not include PHI).

 

**Wellspring now has an online provider portal where you can see all of your clients and easily submit billing! This new portal allows you to view all of your authorizations, download client consent forms, update your profile, and submit billing with a couple clicks. We would love to get your new portal account set up!
